人間というのは、逃げ場がないとストレスで鬱病になるように設計されており、鬱病が進行すると脳の形状が変化し機能も変化し前向きに考え
る機能を奪われ、ともすれば自殺したくなるように設計されている。あまり知られていないと思うが、これは本人の問題ではなくて誰でも例外なくそうなのだ。
人間として弱すぎるなどという人は、人間の精神が強いという勘違いは捨て、周りの環境に恵まれているだけだと気づいたほうがいい。
