阿部寛は大学生時代にモデルやってたけど、普通に就職しようと就活してたんだ。
ただ、面接で行く会社全て女子社員が群がり過ぎ騒ぎ過ぎで仕事にならないからという理由で断られ続けたとか。
結局面接官からもモデル、俳優にならざるを得ないのではとのアドバイスをうけて芸能界に戻ったという話を聞いたことがある。
